Managing Director: Philip Rackstraw (FCCA) 

Philip has 27 years of experience working for the firm. Prior to that  he worked at the department of employment  for a year. He succeeded his father as the director of the company  in 2006. Philip has extensive  business experience and can offer general advice on running your business or more technical taxation and VAT matters. Philip also has experience on the Sage and Quickbooks bookeeping system. Philip enjoys watching football and most other sports such as golf and tennis. He is involved with  Wycombe Homeless Connection where he is a volunteer in a night shelter for the homeless.

Senior Tax Consultant : Dee Perks 

Dee is a law graduate from Birmingham City University. She has worked in tax for 12 years.During her career she worked for Newey & Eyre as a company secretary  and as a human resources consultant  for 9 years. She also worked as a tax consultant from 1999 to 2006 for EBS. She joined Dashwoods in 2006. 

Senior Tax Consultant: Peter Dann 

Peter has extensive experience in tax. He has worked for HMRC  for 3 years as a collector of taxes. He also worked for PKF for 10 years . Peter has also worked for HFC bank as an assistant manager.  He been working for Dashwoods  since 1990. 

 

 

Senior Accounts Consultant: Carole Willett (FCCA)

Carole worked for ten years in the accounting departments of W H Smith, P&O Shipping and ANZ Bank, during which time she qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant. Before moving into accountancy practice work, she worked for five years as the accountant for a small, local company, during which time she encountered many of the problems and issues that are faced by our clients. She is particularly experienced in the use of computerised accounting packages such as SAGE and Quickbooks. Carole’s leisure interests include country walking, reading and listening to music.

Senior Accounts Consultant: Alastair Ghaleb (ICEAW)

Alastair joined Dashwoods in 1997. He has more than 24 years of experience in the accounting  industry. He specialises in accounts production for many of our larger clients.

Senior Payroll and VAT Administrator: Paula White

Paula has worked in our payroll department for the last 5 years. She has worked as an admin clerk  for TAS transport for 6 years.  Paula specialises in VAT and payroll systems. She is also experienced  in Sage bookkeeping.

 

 

Junior Accountant: Sharon Chiyangwa (BSc Hons)

Sharon joined Dashwoods Limited  in 2010 as a trainee accountant. She is an ACCA affiliate. Her experience at present is principally accounts production for small businesses and for individuals. She is also involved with corporation tax matters for small companies as well as VAT and bookkeeping.
