Annual accounts

Annual accounts are the formal records of a business or person detailing their financial position. It normally consists of a balance sheet and a profit an loss account. A balance sheet is a list of assets and liabilities owned by an organisation/ individual. A profit and loss account is a statement of income, expenses and profit/loss made by an organisation/ individual within a set period of time. We produce annual accounts for Limited Companies and sole traders or partnerships.
